What I am intending to do is to backup my game files and also paste a xbox 360 emulator into the game directory to make my racing wheel work with the game but I cannot do that if I can't paste the file into my games folder. here is how my security settings look for both windows app folders: WinXP has a folder at C:/Windows/Downloaded Program Files that is used for ActiveX programs that run under Internet Explorer.
